The first Step is the application form where you will answer a few questions so that we can get to know you and see if you would be a good fit for our team, and present you with some recommended commission structures that we feel will work for you based on your experience.
The second step is where you get the opportunity to select a commission structure that works for you AND that you want. The choice is completely yours!
The third step is where we schedule a 1-on-1 interview with you, so that we can get to know each other, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
The fourth step, once your interview is completed, and both you and we are happy to proceed, is where you submit the relevant documentation in order to get you registered on our system so that you can hit the road running.
The final step in the process is the final approval where we give you access to everything you need, including our private agent membership area, to get started and hit the road running on your new journey.
