Unfortunately, our business model is not suited for agents that don't have the necessary experience, skills, and track record.

 

Usually we require you to have done at least several deals during the past 12 months to the total sales value (for all deals) of around R4m - R6m, at minimum.

 

Kindly note that whilst we do our best to allow the IT systems to pre-qualify you, it is not always perfect and sometimes get's things wrong. If you were disqualified in error, please do not stress! We have your application and will manually assess the information provided and revert accordingly.

We advise that you join a local estate agency to get the basics and experience under your belt and once you have successfully concluded 5 or more deals, you will have the requisite experience to re-apply and join us!

 

Additionally, please ensure that you hold a valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). If you have not yet obtained or renewed your FFC, we recommend doing so through your local agency before reapplying.
