Full Virtual Assistant Support for property valuation reports (*free service), canvass information (*free service), loading of listings, administration, deal tracking, locally here in SA. Use some or all services on a pay-as-you-go option, and it's totally optional!

Top mortgage origination professionals are available to our agents for clients' bond applications. Our agents receive a 0.3% bond commission on each registered sale. Agents are free to use our recommended professionals or make use of their own preferred channels.

Giovanni Gaggia

Real Estate Services was founded by Giovanni Gaggia who has seen how agents do not retain fair commission splits. Giovanni has served in leadership roles for major brands in the SA marketplace. He has over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He is passionate about assisting agents to grow their businesses while they drastically increase their take-home income. Real Estate is not so much about property sales and letting as it is about offering clients great levels of service and an awesome platform for estate agents to conduct their business.

  • Earn What You Deserve

    We offer superior commission splits while paying no royalties or desk fees.

     

    Our commission splits range all the way up to 100%.​

    *Offer is determined by the experience of the Property Practitioner.

  • 5% Profit Share

    Any Property Practitioner that refers us to another Property Practitioner and joins us, the referring agent will receive 5% commission on all their sales, as long as they are both under the RES umbrella.

     

    *This commission is taken from the RES portion and does not affect the commission of the referred Property Practitioner.

  • Bond Commission

    Earn 0.3% Bond Commission paid upon registration when using Real Estate Services Finance.

  • Grow Your Own Brand

    You are welcome to use the Real Estate Services brand or use your own brand Powered By Real Estate Services, no matter what commission split package you are on.

  • Bonds & Attorneys

    You are welcome to use our in-house Bond Origination services and our panel of Attorneys or you may use your preferred.
