Giovanni Gaggia spent more than two decades inside South African real estate, in leadership roles at some of the biggest names in the market. Long enough to see the same thing happen over and over: the agents doing the work were the ones keeping the least.
Desk fees. Royalties. Marketing levies. A commission split that quietly funded everyone except the person who closed the deal. He founded Real Estate Services in 2019 to build the alternative he kept wishing existed.
