Is this a franchise or am I independent?
RES is not a franchise. Every agent operates as an independent business owner using RES as their platform. You bring the deals; we provide the brand, back office, systems and support.
What's the commission split?
Tiered by production, from 80% up to 100% in favour of the agent, with zero royalties and zero desk fees. Your exact tier is confirmed through the application.
Are there any costs?
The 80% tier is free to join with no monthly fee. Higher splits carry a fixed fee in exchange for keeping more of every commission. We show you the exact numbers for your tier during the application, so you can decide what makes sense for your business.
Is RES properly PPRA registered?
Yes. RES is a fully PPRA-registered agency. Compliance, Fidelity Fund Certificates, trust account audits and reporting are all handled for you.
Will I lose my listings if I switch?
The transition is manageable and we walk you through it. The detail depends on your current mandates and contract; we cover it on your interview call.
